Percentage of fat from Monounsaturated, Polyunsaturated and saturated Fat
Similar to calorie sources, the type of fat you eat is also important to your health. Ideally, we want to stay away from Saturated fat. From academic and government sources, if your Saturated fat intake is less than 1/3 or 33% of your "Total Fat" consumption, you are doing OK. By looking at this section, you can tell the fat breakdown for any selected food (or group of food).
